I've really been out of the loop for about 2 weeks. I don't know how I managed to lose weight when I wasn't going to the gym. I also was not strict with my choices of food, meaning I didn't pack a lunch. I would try and grab a sandwhich on whole wheat breads. I tried to eat fruit when I could etc. I still managed to lose 1.6 lbs per week, for a total of 3.2 lbs in 2 weeks. I'm still a loser.

Congratulations Nathan! That happened to me last week and I got a bit comfortable again and well my weight is up. Don't make the same mistake I did! Get back with your program, you are doing great but I just don't think its wrong to take a break every now and again! God Bless!
Congratulations on the weight loss. A lb here and a lb there will add up. Look back at what you did and just keep doing it :-)

That's fantastic. You are doing great. I wish I could say the same thing. I gained 1.4 pounds last week and this week I haven't made good choices. Keep up your good work!
