November 30, 2010

This morning woke up a bit tired. Not sure exactly why as I thought I slept pretty well. Except when I woke up to the cat playing with our full length mirror. Other than that I slept fine.

Moving on....for breakfast I did really well as I had an apple, yogurt, and a water.

Then I had to go to a unexpected luncheon. I ended up eating a salad with Balsamic Vinegar and a Chicken Pesto Sandwhich. Cheese and Ciabatta bread were the real killer here.

Italian Sausage, Suddenly Salad, Tomatoe & Cucumber with FF Dressing. 9 oz Italian Sausage (2 links) were 22 points, holy moly Batman! Couldn't believe it.

Anyway I finished 1 Point Plus Value over my daily total today. Yesterday I was almost 20 under so I guess I'm not doing to bad.

Other than that I had a great day, so tiredness during the middle of the day.

Back at it again

Yes last Thursday on November 18, 2010 I decided to get back on the wagon. I decided that at my highest weight ever of 385 lbs that it is time to do something, once and for all. Time to stick with it for the long haul, no matter what. I can't keep affording to go on it and then four months later just fall off. I have to stay focused and keep going in the right direction.

I have see the Dr. and got my sleep apnea machine which was something that was affecting my level of energy, which meant after work, I had nothing I wanted to do after that. With that said, I'm back on track.

After my first week I lost 9 lbs. Not bad, but I'm hoping that week 2 I can continue with a weight loss, even it that means, it isn't as much. Thursday is my weigh in.

Biggest challenge is that I love all food, and I like to eat food. It is an emotional thing, along with a thing of enjoyment. The other day I heard someone say at a shopping establishment. If someone had a chance to purchase a craft or a big slice of cake, a lot of people choose the cake, because of instant satisfaction! Sad but absolutely true in my life. I love to eat and get immediate satisfaction. How do I know this.....well I had an option to buy a craft, and chose to purchase a freshly baked slice of carrot cake loaded with cream cheese frosting, and boy was it GOOD!

Who has been on Weight Watchers website today? What is with the new Point Plus program? Boy I went from having 44 points to 71 points. Before you envy me, do you know how hard it is to eat 71 points. I'm a bit leary of the 71 points, so I don't know if I will be eating 71 points until I see how it effects my weight loss.
